極早期栽培のお米の中で最上級の品質にこだわり栽培されたお米です。
眩いほどのツヤとこの時期に感じる新米の香り、柔らかめのご飯が楽しめます。

◇栽培について◇

２月の寒いときにビニールハウスをかけて苗をつくり、お盆前の暑い日に刈り取りをします。収穫後２時間以内に風による乾燥をして、品質重視の米づくりを心がけています。
旧暦の七夕（８月７日前後）に収穫されることから命名された「七夕こしひかり」は、極早期栽培のコシヒカリで、佐賀県で一番最初に収穫されるお米です。また、特別栽培米であることも特徴で、環境に優しく自然の恵みをいっぱい受けて育てられています。

※「特別栽培米」は、お米が生産された地域の慣行レベル（各地域で慣行的に行われている節減対象農薬及び化学肥料の使用状況）に比べて、節減対象農薬の使用回数が５割以下、化学肥料の窒素成分量が５割以下で栽培されたお米のことをいいます。
